Program Design
The Hutchinson Leadership Institute consists of 10 sessions presented over nine months. Sessions are generally held the third Thursday of each month, from September through May. Most sessions begin at 8:30 am and close at 4:30 pm. Notification of any session cancellations will be provided within 48 hours of the scheduled session.
The Leadership Institute is run through the Hutchinson Area Chamber of Commerce, Convention & Visitors Bureau. Session topics and curriculum is determined by a design team of business and community members as well as past Leadership Institute graduates. The monthly programs may vary by year depending on session feedback from previous participants as well as new opportunities that may arise. The design team has the right to make changes to the proposed program schedule.
