38th Annual Arts & Crafts Festival

 

Dates: September 14 & 15, 2012

Times: Friday, 10 am - 6 pm and Saturday, 9 am - 4 pm

Location: Library Square, Downtown Hutchinson

Juried Outdoor Show in Charming Downtown
Hutchinson, Minnesota

This show is noted as a "must see" in Southwestern Minnesota. The festival offers a charming downtown park setting, a wide selection of artists, crafters, and food vendors, and thousands of new and returning shoppers. This successful event has been attracting vendors and shoppers from all over the Midwest for 38 years!

VENUE
Library Square Park, Downtown Hutchinson, Minnesota

PUBLIC ADMISSION
Free - No gates

ATTENDANCE
Guest attendance has been estimated at 15,000+

PARKING
Available for RV's and standard vehicles. If parking in downtown Hutchinson, artist and craftspeople are asked to park in the designated city lots. Information on vendor parking will be supplied in the accepted vendor packets.

BOOTH SPACES
Application Fee: $25 per vendor (non-refundable, no exceptions)

Single Booth Fee: $150 prior to April 2, 2012 deadline. $180 after deadline.

Double Booth Fee: $300 prior to April 2, 2012 deadline. $360 after deadline.

Approximately 185 single, 10' x 10' booth spaces. Double spaces may also be available. Booth displays should be professional and safe to move about in. Booth spaces are located within the park and will be on grass. The festival cannot guarantee a perfectly flat space without any obstructions. We appreciate your understanding of the unpredictability of the great outdoors.

The festival tries to remove as many obstructions as possible prior to the show. Vendors are prohibited from cutting, breaking, or bending tree branches or bushes within the park.

Friday 10 am-6 pm, Saturday 9 am-4 pm

 

Library Book Sale

On the East side of the Library during the show, the Friends of the Library have a book sale with a variety of books available for purchase. For more information on the book sale, contact the Public Library at 320-587-2368.
